Spainco Management serves as fiduciary agent of the investor, acting as Director in local Boards and Committees. The representation offered combines financial and legal expertise locally to meet demanding international standards. Depending on the client´s investment and strategy, Spainco Management will propose the proper representation and will assign a local team tailored to its needs.

Investment Advisory

Financial advisory to equity and debt investors based on sound fundamental analysis and current local market conditions.   Management of the due diligence process to assess valuation levels and contacts with current investors on entry levels and conditions.  Shareholder advisory on proper strategy to maximize control and to Creditors on risk management. 

Investment Structure Set-up

Incorporation of Spanish entities as investment vehicles, serving as a local Director and providing domicile, setting up local bank accounts and carrying out all legal and tax compliance. Spainco Management will work closely with local advisors in the optimization of the structure and the compliance of all vehicles in the investment phase.

Management of Investment Structures

Ongoing Administration, Bookkeeping, Tax and Legal Compliance of local entities. Provide reporting packages tailored to the client´s needs while maintaining ledgers in line with local standards. Recurring tax and legal compliance and assistance with particular requirements (ie. transfer pricing studies).

Supervision of International Structures

Advise and provide services to Spanish and International Investors in the management of their international structures, targeted to other European jurisdictions (Netherlands & Luxembourg).  Provide analysis and advice on tax and cost efficiency of the global structure.
